50x50mm tanalised floor joists, manufactured to British and European safety standards, 1 double and 1 single perspex window, 2 window boxes, upstairs, ladder, handrail, piano safety hinges, safety rail, 380mm canopy, diamond window in door, plain trims, decorative window crosses and shutters, diagonal bracing and polyester roofing felt.
